Info about The Transformed Tribe.

Who We Are

Our Transformed Tribe is our young adult class. In case you're asking, "What's a Young Adult?" Well, we don't know. Recent rumors have it as younger than our Pastor Tolbert, but at least a graduate of high school. All we know is there's a lot of us, and really, everyone is welcome if you think you are young... single or married, kids or no kids, in school or working or not working, upside down or backwards.

We have at least one thing in common: busy, crazy lives. So take a break for a time of fellowship this week, and we'll kick off what's bound to be a great year of learning what it looks like to Live, Grow, Share, and Be Transformed together!

What to Expect

God has so many blessings for us, that we don't have room enough to receive them, but most of the time our heart is not prepared to receive them. Get your heart ready, and plan for God to transform your life this week.

We are a Tribe

Just as the tribes of Israel looked out for one another, encouraged, uplifted, and helped one another, so is the goal of our Tribe. The Transformed Tribe is a group of young adults that take the time to get to know each and every person in the tribe so that we can lift eachother up in prayer, and bear one anothers' burdens. As God is continually transforming our lives into his image, even so we are there for eachother, more than just a family, but like a tribe, The Transformed Tribe.

Salvation

  1. All men have sinned!

Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned and come short of the Glory
    of God

  2. Sin brings the punishment of death

Romans 6:23a, "For the wages of sin is death;"
    Rev. 20:14-15 ""

  3. God provided Christ to take your sin on himself
so you don’t have to spend an eternity in hell. (This
    is God’s gift)

Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God
is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 5:8, "But God commendeth his love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us."

  4. You can accept God’s gift and live forever with
    Him.

Romans 10:9, 10, 13, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth
the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath
raised him from the dead, thou shalt be SAVED! For with the
heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession
is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon
the name of the Lord shall be saved!"
